The National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), is one of the largest student-governed organizations in the world that focuses on leadership training, professional development activities, mentoring, career placement services, and community service opportunities. Our mission is to Increase the number of culturally responsible black engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally, and positively impact the community. We at NSBE have a burning desire to achieve success in this competitive society to effect positive change in the quality of life of all people. Governed by an executive board of college students and engineering professionals, the goal of the Society is to replicate its mission and vision in countries around the world, creating a global network of Black Engineers, and scientists, and technologists.
