The American Medical Student Association is a student led national organization that exists to create a community for undergraduate and graduate medical students. Our mission is to create a better future for medicine, where healthcare is accessible, affordable, and reflective of the diversity in present day society. At NYIT, we provide a club for anyone interested in a career in medicine by providing resources for their development, connections with older students, and fun opportunities to learn more about medicine. Some of our events include CPR Certification Event, Learn to Study Seminar, NYCOMxNYIT AMSA Medical Student Panel, Trivia Night, and many more!
